The Legislative Decree no. 33 of March 14, 2013 reorganized the obligations regarding publicity, transparency, and dissemination of information by public administrations. The information that is required to be published is collected according to the scheme set forth by the Decree and is common to all Public Administrations.
This section also contains information on the measures adopted in implementation of Law no. 190 of November 6, 2012 "Provisions for the prevention and repression of corruption and illegality in Public Administration."
