Article 4-bis of Legislative Decree 33/2013, introduced by Article 5 of Legislative Decree 97/2016, establishes the publication of data regarding payments made by public administrations, specifying the type of expenditure, the relevant time period, and the recipients.
On the Soldi pubblici website, it is possible to access payment data from all public administrations, searchable by type of expenditure and by the administrations making the payments.
