As part of the Italian language and culture courses, there are also culture classes aimed not only at students enrolled in language courses, but also at enthusiasts and interested individuals, both Italian and foreign, in various fields.
Courses are held in person, but it is also possible to attend remotely (synchronous lessons), allowing students to actively participate and interact with teachers (except for off-site art lessons, which are reserved for in-person students).
Courses last one month (12 hours with varying weekly schedules) and are held with a minimum of 8 students.

The enrollment fee for culture courses is €150.
Students already enrolled in a language course are entitled to a 50% reduction in the course fee and therefore pay €75.
In December, courses last 3 weeks and the fee is reduced by 25%.
The minimum level required to access the courses is B2 of the CEFR.
Foreign students must present a certificate or proof of knowledge of the Italian language (at least level B2), issued by the University for Foreigners of Perugia or another equivalent institution.
Any requests submitted by students at A2 and B1 levels can be considered for special authorization by the Director of the Department of Italian Language, Literature and Arts in the World, by sending an email to didattica.lingua@unistrapg.it.
At the end of the course, students can request a certificate of attendance.
The certificate will be issued only after the administration has verified regular attendance in the course (at least 70% of the lessons).
In C1 and C2 level courses, the certificate of Italian language proficiency can only be obtained if you attend 3 language courses plus 2 monthly culture courses (chosen from those listed) until completion of the macro level.
