From this interaction stems an innovative programme, which enhances humanistic knowledge from a contemporary perspective.
Bachelor’s Degree in Made in Italy, Food and Hospitality (MICO)
This three-year programme combines two major cultural and professional areas: the excellence of Made in Italy, with a particular focus on the fields of food, tourism, and territorial promotion. Thanks to partnerships with various trade associations, the curriculum offers a strong cultural foundation linked with technical expertise.
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences for Sustainability and International Cooperation (SoCI)
This three-year programme is dedicated to sustainability: its transdisciplinary and international perspective enables an innovative study path, designed to address the complex challenges of modern society. This Master's degree focuses on communication—now central to society—preparing specialists able to enhance the internal and external image of institutions and businesses. The curriculum provides in-depth knowledge of linguistics and semiotics, sociology, and the techniques essential for effective communication management.
Master's Degree in Italian for Teaching to Foreigners (ItaS)
This Master's degree primarily prepares teachers of Italian as a foreign/second language for both national school systems and international institutions. It also grants access to teaching literary subjects in Italian schools and trains professionals capable of promoting Italian culture abroad.
Master's Degree in International Relations and Development Cooperation (RICS)
This master's programme addresses international relations from a unique perspective, combining politics and diplomacy with a focus on cooperation processes. Offering a bilingual approach in Italian and English, RICS places particular emphasis on emerging regions (Africa, Latin America, and Asia) and offers a double degree in partnership with Dalarna University (Sweden).
Inter-University Master's Degree in Management and Italian Food Culture
This inter-university master’s programme, jointly promoted by the Università per Stranieri di Perugia and the Università degli Studi di Perugia in Management and Italian Food Culture, aims to train professionals and managers in the sustainable development of food and wine tourism, the export of Italian agri-food products, and the management of local and cultural resources related to food.
