Academic Senate
By means of Rectoral Decree no. 138 of April 8, 2026, online elections are called on May 12, 2026 for the appointment to the reconstituted Academic Senate of:
- a Director of the University’s independent Centers
- two representatives elected from among full professors, with a limited vote aimed at ensuring diverse representation by disciplinary areas
- two representatives elected from among associate professors, with a limited vote aimed at ensuring diverse representation by disciplinary areas
- two representatives elected from among permanent and fixed-term researchers, with a limited vote aimed at ensuring diverse representation by disciplinary areas
- two representatives elected from among the technical and administrative staff
- two representatives elected from among the Language Assistants and Experts
Student Representatives
By Rectoral Decree no. 129 of April 2, 2026, elections are called for May 13 and 14, 2026 for the appointment, for the 2026-2028 biennium, of:
Students enrolled in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs:
- one representative of students enrolled in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs on the Evaluation Committee
- one representative of students enrolled in Bachelor’s degree programs on the Department Council LiLAIM
- one representative of students enrolled in Bachelor’s degree programs on the Department Council SUSI
- one representative of students enrolled in Master’s degree programs on the Department Council SUSI
- two representatives of students enrolled in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs on the Joint Committee of professors and students for the SUSI Department
- one representative of students enrolled in the Bachelor’s degree program LiCIMoD on the relevant Program Council
- one representative of students enrolled in the Bachelor’s degree program MICO on the relevant Program Council

The publication of the lists of those eligible for the active and passive electorate in the Esse3Web reserved area will occur as follows:
- by April 20, 2026, the lists of those eligible for the passive electorate will be published;
- by May 5, 2026, the lists of those eligible for the active electorate will be published.

- one representative of those enrolled in PhD programs on the Department Council LiLAIM

By Rectoral Decree of the University of Perugia no. 347 of February 17, 2026, the vote is called for the election of a student representative on the Regional University Committee (CRU) of Umbria, on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
The publication of the lists of those eligible for the active and passive electorate in the Esse3Web reserved area will occur as follows:
- by April 20, 2026, the lists of those eligible for the passive electorate will be published;
- by May 5, 2026, the lists of those eligible for the active electorate will be published.
