The institutional visit to Mongolia by a University delegation led by the Rector, Prof. Valerio De Cesaris, has begun. The delegation is composed of Prof. Giovanna Scocozza, Delegate for International Relations and Director of the University Certification Centre, Prof. Stefania Scaglione, Delegate for Teaching, Dr. Valentina Seri, Head of the International Relations Service, and Dr. Sonia Giugliarelli, Head of the Press Office. The mission, which will conclude on 8 September 2026, includes meetings at: the National University of Mongolia, the Mongolian University of Science and Technology, the recently opened Italian School in Ulaanbaatar, the Mongolia Italy Association—an institutional partner and a point of reference in Perugia for the organisation of events promoting Mongolian culture—and the Mongolia Italy Cultural Centre, a CELI certification venue.
During the mission, a Memorandum of Understanding is expected to be signed with the National University of Mongolia, and CELI certificates will be awarded to candidates from the 2025 and 2026 examination sessions at the Mongolia Italy Cultural Centre.
