For each Bachelor's and Master's degree programme, the Department Council establishes the corresponding Programme Board, upon proposal by the Director. Each Programme Board internally elects a Chair, who serves a three-year term and may be re-elected once consecutively.
In managing Quality Assurance activities, the Chair is supported by a Quality Assurance Management Group, composed of at least two academic staff from the programme, and, for certain activities, is assisted by student representatives. The organisation and responsibilities of Quality Assurance at the programme level are described in the Quality Assurance Guidelines issued by the University Quality Assurance Board.
