40 years of WARREDOC: 1985-2025
The event Water Sciences for Peace and Development is promoted by the UNESCO World Water Assessment Programme (WWAP), and will be held on November 12, 2025, at 3:30 pm in the Aula Magna of Palazzo Gallenga at the University for Foreigners of Perugia.
The program will be divided into two sessions: the first, coordinated by UNESCO (WWAP), will be dedicated to remembering the activities of Prof. Lucio Ubertini with the United Nations; the second will celebrate the 40 years of the Water Resources Research and Documentation Center (WARREDOC), established in 1985 at the University for Foreigners, retracing its history, main initiatives, and future perspectives.
