The University for Foreigners of Perugia has entrusted Euristica with the service of Data Protection Officer (DPO/RPD) (DDG no. 184 of 30/04/2024).
This is a role established by Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and is the individual appointed to provide support, oversight, advisory, training, and information functions regarding the application of the Regulation.
The DPO cooperates with the Supervisory Authority and serves as the contact point, including with data subjects, for matters related to the processing of personal data (Articles 38 and 39 of the Regulation).
