The Board of Auditors carries out all necessary checks to ensure the proper conduct of the University’s financial, accounting, and asset management, supervising compliance with the law, the Statute, and the Administration and Accounting Regulations, as well as the correspondence of final accounting documents to the results recorded in the books and accounting records.
The Board of Auditors exercises its supervisory powers by preparing reports:
- on the public summary budget documents
- on the public summary final accounting documents
- on changes to the public summary budget documents
The Board of Auditors, reconstituted by D.R. no. 591 of November 24, 2025 for the period 2025-2028, is composed of:
- Dott. Alberto Avoli, regular member serving as President
- Dott. Riccardo Inghelmann, regular member appointed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance
- Dott.ssa Cristina Bertinelli, regular member appointed by the Ministry of University and Research
- Dott.ssa Barbara Zarri, alternate member appointed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance
- Dott. Andrea Nataletti, alternate member appointed by the Ministry of University and Research
The President of the Board of Auditors receives a gross annual compensation of €9,252.06, including charges paid by the institution. The remaining regular members receive a gross annual compensation of €8,635.27, including charges paid by the institution.
