Undergraduate and Graduate Program Office

The Student Office manages administrative procedures related to the academic careers of students enrolled in bachelor’s, master’s, and postgraduate courses, from enrolment to graduation.

Students may contact the office for the following:

• enrolments (bachelor’s and master’s degree courses) and registration for subsequent academic years
• tuition fees and university contributions (income/merit-based exemptions, reimbursement of fees and contributions)
• transfers to/from other universities and changes of course
• withdrawal, renunciation, suspension of studies, or consolidation of academic records
• degree thesis: thesis sessions, application, and issuance of final diploma
• issuance of forms, documents, and certificates related to the academic record
• admission of international students to degree programs and recognition of foreign qualifications
