Integrated Plan of Activities and Organization (PIAO)

The PIAO (Integrated Plan of Activities and Organization of the Public Administration), introduced by art. 6 of Decree Law no. 80 of June 28, 2021, converted with amendments by Law no. 113 of August 6, 2021, is a single three-year planning document (but to be updated annually by January 31) that consolidates planning acts for administrative activities regarding Performance, Transparency, Corruption Prevention, Remote Work Organization, Personnel Needs, and related training strategies. Only financial documents are excluded from this unification.

The PIAO is divided into 4 sections:

  1. Administration record sheet
  2. Public value, performance and anti-corruption
  3. Organization and human capital
  4. Monitoring
