The DNSH principle is a key element of the European Union's taxonomy for sustainable finance and establishes that projects, including those funded by the PNRR, must not cause significant environmental harm in order to receive funding. The free course on DNSH, which will take place in Norcia on April 8 and 9 as part of the Fenice project, is aimed at public administration, professionals, and consultants managing EU funds.
