Information notice pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 No. 196

1. Subject of the Information Notice
This Information Notice concerns the processing of personal data of users who visit the website https://www.unistrapg.it. The Information Notice is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) and the Order of the Data Protection Authority of May 8, 2014, no. 229. This Information Notice applies solely to the website https://www.unistrapg.it and not to any other websites that may be accessed by users via links present on the aforementioned site, over which the Data Controller referred to in point 2 of this Information Notice has no control and assumes no responsibility. The Data Controller is not liable for the processing of personal data that is carried out independently by such sites. Users are therefore invited to read the privacy policies provided by each site.

2. Data Controller
The Data Controller for personal data is the Università per Stranieri di Perugia (Piazza Fortebraccio 4, 06123 Perugia, protocollo (at) pec.unistrapg.it), to whom each user may refer to exercise the rights set out in art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. “Art. 7. Right of access to personal data and other rights 1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exist, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form. 2. The data subject has the right to be informed: a) of the source of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied if the processing is carried out with the help of electronic means; d) of the identification details of the data controller, data processors and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2; e) of the entities or categories of entities to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the State’s territory, data processors, or persons in charge. 3. The data subject has the right to obtain: a) the updating, correction, or, when interested, integration of the data; b) the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, including as regards their content, to those to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort compared to the right being protected. 4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if relevant to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for the purpose of sending advertising materials, direct selling, or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.”

3. Methods of Processing
The personal data provided by users to the site are used solely to provide the requested service or performance and are communicated to third parties only when necessary for that purpose. No data arising from the web service is communicated or disseminated. Personal data is processed by staff appointed by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 30 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 or by external parties appointed by the Data Controller for technical and maintenance services of proven reliability, who provide suitable confidentiality guarantees. Personal data is processed by automated means for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

5. Browsing Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
