The opening includes institutional greetings from the Mayor of Norcia and the presentation of the Master’s program by the Scientific Director, Prof. Francesco Asdrubali.

This will be followed by contributions from:
Elena della Botte, project manager of Fenice
Rita Mariotti, head of the Postgraduate area of the University
Filomena Romanelli and Cinzia Camilloni from the Master Service
for an overview of the administrative and organizational aspects of the training program

The master's program, lasting 1500 hours (60 ECTS), will take place in Norcia from February to October 2026. The program includes classroom lectures from Thursday to Saturday, as well as field activities, practical exercises, and collaborative projects. Participants will be involved in numerous extracurricular activities, including seminars, conferences, and guided tours. Their training will conclude with a 250-hour internship at public and private institutions, which will be identified with the support of the Project Fenice's partners and through agreements signed with the Order of Architects of the Province of Perugia and the Order of Engineers of the Province of Perugia.

The curriculum is structured into four blocks: the first, scheduled for February, aims to standardize the basic knowledge of students coming from different degree backgrounds. The following blocks, with a more professional focus, will address urban regeneration at the city/neighborhood level, at the building level, and at the institutional and socioeconomic fabric level, with particular attention to energy and environmental sustainability.
