This initiative is part of Mission 1 – Component 1 of the PNRR, funded by the European Union under the NextGenerationEU initiative, and falls within Investment 1.4 “Digital Services and Citizenship”, Measure 1.4.3 “Adoption of App IO”.
The measure aims to make public services fully accessible digitally, in accordance with the Digital Administration Code (CAD), which grants citizens and businesses the right to access online Public Administration services through digital identity and via the national digital access point.
The App IO serves as the single platform through which administrations can offer services, communications, and notifications in a simple, secure, and personalized manner, directly to smartphones. The adoption of the App allows for an improved user experience, increased usability of online services, and fosters a more direct, transparent, and efficient relationship between the administration and citizens.
Through this project, the Entity concretely contributes to the digital transformation process set out by the PNRR, strengthening the accessibility and integration of its digital services.
