Article 29 of Legislative Decree 97/2016, in supplementing the provision of Article 33 of Legislative Decree 33/2013, established that, when calculating the annual and quarterly indicators of average payment times, administrations must consider, in addition to purchases of goods, services, and supplies, also payments relating to professional services, which were not included in the previous version. Furthermore, another innovation concerns the requirement to publish, on an annual basis, the total amount of debts and the number of creditor companies.
