Student Representatives Council

By Rector’s decree (D.R. n. 118 of 29/05/2014), the Collegio dei Rappresentanti degli Studenti (Student Representatives Board) was established, effective from the date of the same decree.

Pursuant to Article 18, paragraph 2, of the University Statute, the Board:

  • provides advice to the University bodies:
    • upon explicit request from such bodies
    • on its own initiative, on all matters of student interest and in particular on teaching activities, student services, the right to education, student fees and contributions, and forms of student participation in support activities
  • proposes to the Academic Senate the adoption of the Student Charter
  • appoints student representatives to the University Sports Committee
  • gives an opinion to the Board of Administration regarding the appointment of the Student Ombudsperson
  • proposes the inclusion of student members in committees and working groups
  • adopts its own internal regulations in accordance with University Regulations
  • exercises any other functions attributed to it by law, the Statute or University Regulations
