Article 38, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree of March 14, 2013, no. 33, as amended by Legislative Decree of May 25, 2016, no. 97, establishes that "public administrations promptly publish the planning documents of public works, as well as information relating to the timelines, unit costs, and performance indicators of ongoing or completed public works. The information is published based on a standard template drawn up by the Ministry of Economy and Finance in agreement with the National Anti-Corruption Authority, which also oversee the collection and publication of said information on their institutional websites in order to enable easy comparison."
ANAC, in Resolution 1310/2016, states that "As soon as it becomes available, the standard template developed by the MEF in agreement with ANAC as provided by the regulation will also be made known." This standard template is still not available.
