The University for Foreigners of Perugia, for the academic year 2025-2026, is maintaining the No Tax Area for students, with zero tuition fees up to €22,000 of ISEEU and reductions up to €30,000.
Students whose family unit is in a situation of hardship may submit a declaration of “current” Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator (ISEE) that replaces the one previously acquired by the University.
The current declaration is valid for six months from the date of submission and replaces the previous one.
Even in the case of submitting the current ISEE, students must request the ISEEU.
The current ISEE can be submitted for the calculation of the second installment of tuition fees.

Except in special cases (see the second part of the Academic Regulations), the payment of university fees must be made in five installments:
- first installment - due date: October 31, 2025
- second installment - due date: November 28, 2025
- third installment - due date: January 30, 2026
- fourth installment - due date: April 30, 2026
- fifth installment - due date: May 29, 2026
Failure to meet these deadlines will result, for each of them, in the payment of a late fee of:
- €80.00 if payment is made within 30 days after the scheduled due date
- €100.00 if payment is made starting from the 31st day after the scheduled due date
The amount of university fees and contributions must be paid through PagoPA.
