The library is open to students, teaching staff, researchers, and technical-administrative personnel of the University for Foreigners of Perugia and the University of Perugia.
It is also open, upon authorization from the library manager, to anyone carrying out teaching or research activities at the University, even on a temporary basis.
To access the library, you must present the enrollment booklet for courses at one of the two universities or an identity document.
Users have access to two equipped rooms where they can carry out the following activities: individual study; consultation of bibliographic materials and catalogs; use of their own PC.
The library is not responsible for objects or personal belongings left unattended by users.
To access the library services, except for consultation, you must have a library membership card.
To request the membership card:
- print and fill out the specific form
- submit it by email to biblioteca@unistrapg.it or in person at the library
- attach a passport-size photo

SBDA (University Library and Documentation System)
The University Library and Documentation System - SBDA develops and coordinates the functions of acquisition, preservation, and access to the library and documentary resources of the University for Foreigners of Perugia; it compiles and disseminates bibliographic information to support research and teaching, using various types of technologies.
